Meeting the theological needs of an exceedingly technically competent, global, student community and EQUIPPING laborers to be able to minister effectively at such a time as this. Serving others by using talents, skills, and expertise to help build missionaries, national leaders, and students to reach their maximum potential and effectiveness in the Kingdom of God. To motivate young leaders to pursue ministerial excellence and be prepared for the great harvest.
