• Completion of required courses and hours
  • All debts and graduation and other fees fully paid
  • Students are not permitted to miss more than 10% of the classroom hours.
  • Attendance records are kept for each subject. Students absenting themselves more than the permissible number of hours will receive “incomplete” on their transcript for the applicable course.
  • The examination hours can be counted as part of the required hours for the course
  • Different methods of evaluation will be followed including exams, tests, quizzes, essays papers, assignments, homework, practical exercises, and other activities.
  • The passing grade is 70%.To qualify for the certificates and or degrees, students would need to successfully (pass) complete the required number of classroom hours of instruction.
  • All core curriculum courses would need to achieve pass marks or repeat until achieving the pass mark.  When a Student fails (or appears to be failing) a core curriculum course a provision can be made a remedial exercise or testing. The highest grade a student could achieve on a remedial exercise, test, exam, or course would be 70%.
  • Students based on the Administration recommendation would be placed under the “Seed Program”.
  • Students should be able to go online for more study material and participate in the online activities as part of the pedagogical process.
  • Students should be prepared for “class online” with the requirement of internet connections.
