SEED Program
(Seek To Serve-Endeavour To Plant- Engage With the Community-Deliver The Gospel)
(Financial Support)
The “SEED Program” is designed that when a student completes any course under FNABC especially the B.Th, he/she will be mentored by the College for 6 months during which they will be under internship in any of the local churches identified by the College. FNABC will support the student with a “stipend” appropriate for a moderate living based on the location during the internship period after which based on the feedback submitted by the Local Pastor/Leadership under whom the candidate underwent the internship, he/she will be ordained through Cornelius Foundation and sent forth to the various field for “harvest” in India. The support will be restricted to the rental of the Church/House and basic expenses depending upon the location of their Ministry. Further support will be based on their good work in creating the required infrastructure in the field of labour.
A result-driven program helps the FNABC and the Church in monitoring the performance of the student on the field and will also be an excellent way to mentor and make the individual independent in governing families and the church in an effective manner.
